This Birmingham new construction balances clean, modern architecture with a warm and inviting interior aesthetic. Working closely with Witmer Design and Rock Building Co., Bolyard Lumber & Design supplied Marvin windows to maximize natural light, along with a curated mix of Downsview and Siteline cabinetry that supports both the home’s modern lines and its comfortable, livable feel. Rough lumber and wood siding were also provided to enhance the home’s exterior character and material continuity throughout the build.
